What PlanStory is

PlanStory helps K-12 districts turn approved strategic plan priorities, goals, measures, and updates into clear public-facing reporting experiences.

What the public website is not

The public site is not a student portal, classroom tool, proxy, chat product, public file-sharing site, or social network. It is a marketing and review site for district leaders and their teams.

Public form handling

The public forms collect only the information a visitor chooses to submit for follow-up, such as email, district name, and website. The site is not intended for student-level information. We do not send student-level data or identifiers to any AI system, local or otherwise.

Hosting and delivery

PlanStory uses modern hosted infrastructure and HTTPS. Basic platform logs may be used for reliability, abuse prevention, security review, and delivery troubleshooting.

Protected work areas

Administrative and district work areas are separate from the public marketing pages. They are designed for authorized staff workflows, not open public browsing.

Vendor classification

For school filters, the appropriate primary classification is Education or Education & Reference. Business is a reasonable secondary category because PlanStory is also a professional service for districts.

Need a short vendor review note?

District IT or communications teams can request additional context for site classification, security review, or allowlist documentation.
