What this site is for

PlanStory is a K-12 education service website for district strategic planning, public reporting, board communication, and community-facing plan updates.

What the public site collects

If you submit a form, we collect the contact details you provide, such as email address, district or organization name, website, and the type of request. If you email us or book a walkthrough, we receive the information needed to respond.

How that information is used

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, prepare requested samples or resources, schedule walkthroughs, and improve the PlanStory service for school district use.

No selling or ad tracking

PlanStory does not sell personal data, share contact information with data brokers, or use marketing-site submissions for ad targeting. The public marketing site is not intended to run advertising or retargeting pixels.

Cookies and basic operations

The public marketing pages do not need an advertising cookie banner because they are not intended to use ad-tracking cookies. Authorized admin areas may use authentication cookies, and hosting or email providers may keep basic security and delivery logs.

Student data

All student data usage will be in compliance with FERPA and COPPA. Any district implementation or data review should happen through an approved project process, using materials the district has cleared for that work.

Questions

District technology teams can ask for more detail before review.
